With the countdown to Christmas well and truly on, Seat Pitch brings you a unique take on the customary advent calendar with a Nottingham Forest twist.

We have 25 doors to open, with familiar faces from the present and past waiting behind each one (sorry, no chocolate).

At the end of the year, we will then compile the ultimate Reds squad made up of those voted into each number. You can have your say by getting involved with our daily Twitter polls.

Let’s keep things rolling with door No. 19:

MARLON HAREWOOD

Emerged out of Forest’s youth system as a jet-heeled frontman who was capable of producing the sublime and the ridiculous.

RONALDO NEEDS TO STOP WHINING.

Added greater consistency to his game with experience and left the Reds with over 50 goals in more than 200 appearances. Now pimps out rides for flashy footballers.

GUY MOUSSI

‘The Moose’ became a firm fans’ favourite during his time at the City Ground thanks to a no-nonsense playing style and obvious affinity with a club that gave him a big break.

Took in 150 outings for the Reds over the course of six seasons and still keeps a close eye on goings on in Nottingham, with his social feeds littered with Forest-related posts.

JACK LESTER

Never the most prolific frontman in the business over the course of two spells with the Reds, but one who endeared himself to supporters with his hard-running and commitment to the cause.

Made close to 200 appearances for Forest and returned to the club after hanging up his boots to forge a fine reputation as a coach with his work within the club’s academy system.

Would you prefer to see somebody else fill the No. 19 spot – Jamie Ward, Simon Cox? Let us know your selection in the comment box below or reply to the Twitter poll – which can be found here.
