Christmas is here, which means we have reached the final entry of Seat Pitch’s unique take on the customary advent calendar with a Nottingham Forest twist.

We have had 25 doors to open, with familiar faces from the present and past waiting behind each one (sorry, no chocolate).

At the end of the year we will be compiling the ultimate Reds squad made up of those voted into each number, and you can still have your say by getting involved with our daily Twitter polls.

So, let’s wrap things up with door No. 25 – which is a little different from the rest as we finish with a miscellaneous box of those to have worn 25 or higher down the years:

RADI MAJEWSKI (28)

Plucked from relative obscurity when signed from Polonia Warsaw – initially on loan – in 2009, but became a firm fans’ favourite with his creative qualities and eye for a spectacular goal.

JERMAINE JENAS (36)

Stu Forster/ALLSPORT

A Nottingham native who made his debut aged 17 and required just 33 senior appearances to earn a move to Newcastle. Returned to the City Ground for a brief loan spell in 2012.

JULIAN BENNETT (29)

Another local boy who, having been released at the age of 14, fulfilled his childhood dream when securing a switch from Walsall in 2006. Always fully committed and retains strong ties to the club.

BEN OSBORN (38)

Derby-born but very much a Red, the versatile midfielder stepped out of the academy ranks in 2014 and has now broken through the 200-appearance mark. His dramatic late strike at Pride Park in January 2015 will forever be part of Forest folklore.

OLIVER BURKE (35)

Yet another product of a famed youth system, with the flying Scot bursting onto the scene in 2015/16 and offloaded to RB Leipzig for some £13 million after just 31 appearances.

Would you prefer to see somebody else fill the No. 25 spot – Robert Tesche, Joel Lynch? Let us know your selection in the comment box below or reply to the Twitter poll – which can be found here.
