Nottingham Forest boast a rather chequered history when it comes to winter transfer dealings, so what does January 2019 have in store?
The Reds have rarely been flush with cash down the years, with it only recently that the coffers have been swelled by owners prepared to make funds available.
As a result, much of the business carried out since the introduction of the mid-season market in 2002/03 has been of the loan variety.
With said window remaining open past the deadline for permanent deals, many fresh faces have been acquired outside of the first month.
Plenty of moves have been made, though, with those brought on board delivering a mixed bag when it comes to the respective success/failure of said additions.
Here, Seat Pitch takes a look at five of the most questionable deals done by Forest in the modern era.

Rafik Djebbour
Joined fellow Algerian Djamel Abdoun at the City Ground in January 2014.
Both men are now considered to be little more than figures of fun, given the impact – or lack of – they made while with the Reds.
Djebbour actually scored on his debut, in a 3-1 victory over Yeovil, but that would be as good as things got.
Took in seven more goalless outings before Forest worked desperately to free themselves from an obligation to buy him from Olympiakos.
Kevin Gomis
Had plenty of Ligue 1 experience with Nice to his name when the Reds moved to add him to their ranks during a busy January of 2014.
Like the Algerian duo mentioned above, Gomis was reported to have seen his attitude questioned by caretaker boss Gary Brazil.
As a result, and rather unsurprisingly, he took in just one appearance.
Five bonus points to anybody able to recall that said outing came against Barnsley – a contest in which he was booked and Forest lost 1-0. What a day!
Zach Clough
A deal which ticked so many boxes and promised so much in January 2017.
His surname, though, was always going to be a blessing or a curse, and unfortunately the latter has come to pass.
Is under contract until 2021, so there may still be a chance for him to make his mark with the Reds.
That appears unlikely, though, given how far down the pecking order he has fallen and £3 million for 25 appearances and four goals hardly represents sound value for money.
Ross McCormack
On the same day that Clough arrived at the City Ground – deadline day January 2017 – McCormack was drafted in on loan from Aston Villa.
Starred in the Championship for Cardiff, Leeds and Fulham, recording a hatful of goals.
Had got stuck in a rut with Villa, though, and failed to climb out of it while with the Reds.
Netted just once, on his debut in a 5-1 defeat to Norwich, and having since spent time in Australia is trying to rebuild his reputation back in familiar surroundings at Motherwell.
Aaron Tshibola
It is fair to say that the January window of 2017 was not particularly kind to the Reds – with the lesser-spotted Joao Teixeira also joining the ranks.
Another player secured at that time was Tshibola, who arrived seeking the regular football that would aid his cause at parent club Aston Villa.
He started two games, which delivered 5-1 and 3-2 defeats to Norwich and Fulham respectively, before seeing just 33 minutes off the bench across two more outings against Brighton and Huddersfield.
