Nottingham Forest secured the second win of their pre-season campaign with a 3-0 victory over Greek Super League outfit Atromotios.

The Europa League hopefuls did little to trouble the Reds in a contest which saw Sabri Lamouchi witness some intricate passing play from his side.

Forest were comfortable throughout and the win came courtesy of strikes from Sammy Ameobi, Michael Dawson and Joe Lolley.

Typically, it was Lolley’s goal that caught the eye.

The former Huddersfield Town man only played for the last half-an-hour in the contest, with Lamouchi choosing to run the rule over some of the younger players in his squad.

Following a neat layoff from Lewis Grabban in the dying stages, Lolley let fly with his trusty left boot producing an unstoppable effort beyond Balazs Megyeri in the Atromitos goal.

It highlighted once again the importance of Lolley on the Forest team, with his ability to create something out of nothing evident.

The Reds supporters were delighted with his strike and several took to Twitter to congratulate their player on his latest thunderbolt.
