Nottingham Forest striker Lewis Grabban produced an outstanding display at the Liberty Stadium.

A number of Nottingham Forest fans have taken to Twitter to comment on Lewis Grabban’s impressive performance during their 1-0 win against Swansea City on Saturday, with several suggesting that the 31-year-old has improved drastically under Sabri Lamouchi.

Lamouchi’s men continued their recent unbeaten run, with their only defeat so far coming against West Bromwich Albion on the opening day. This was the perfect response after being held to a frustrating draw by Preston North End before the international break.

The Reds may have feared that they were in for a tough afternoon as they made the long journey to face the league leaders. However, they dominated for large periods of the game.

This result will give them a huge amount of confidence heading into the next run of games.

Alfa Semedo scored the winning goal with just under five minutes of normal time remaining to secure all three points. In truth, the Swans rarely caused the Reds any problems.

One of the players who played a key role in ensuring the Reds came away with a valuable three points was Lewis Grabban, with the 31-year-old producing a brilliant display.

Grabban was unfortunate to not find the back of the net himself in the first-half. He had one goal disallowed before he hit the crossbar from Ben Watson’s cross soon after.

The £6 million man still had time to have his say though, as he produced a superb lung-busting run to cross for Semedo’s late winner.

And plenty of Nottingham Forest fans have lauded the striker. The 31-year-old has previously had his commitment questioned by some supporters, but his work rate was second to none in this game.
