Nottingham Forest have announced on their official website that Brennan Johnson has pledged his long-term future to the football club.
The 18-year-old is widely regarded as one of the UK’s top young talents having made his debut for Forest this season.
Another in a long line of academy graduates to make the grade with the first-team, Johnson will now remain at the City Ground for the foreseeable future.

Such as been his emergence at Forest, Wales manager Ryan Giggs is considering fast-tracking the under-21 international into the first-team to avoid England’s advances.
He made his league debut in the opening day defeat against West Brom and was also introduced as a substitute in the first round of the Carabao Cup against Fleetwood Town.
Johnson was handed his first start for the Reds in the 3-0 win over fierce rivals Derby County and could be part of the squad that faces Arsenal tomorrow evening.

The attacking midfielder has scored a glut of goals for the Forest development sides and is clearly rated by boss Sabri Lamouchi.
More first-team opportunities will surely be forthcoming throughout the current campaign and supporters will be excited to see Johnson pen a new deal.
