Nottingham Forest have been handed a fitness boost ahead of tomorrow night’s trip to Blackburn Rovers, with Rafa Mir confirming his comeback on Instagram.
The Spaniard has been missing for the last four matches after picking up an injury, although he could be back in the squad for the trip to Ewood Park.
The Spain under-21 international joined Forest on loan from Wolves during the summer transfer window.

His only starts so far have come in the Carabao Cup against Fleetwood Town and Derby, although he has made four substitute appearances in the Championship.
With Lewis Grabban the club’s only real attacking outlet Mir’s presence back in the squad should be a sizeable boost for boss Sabri Lamouchi.
The 22-year-old is clearly delighted to be back and took to Instagram to send a message to Forest supporters ahead of Tuesday’s game:
Forest head to Lancashire looking to avenge a 2-1 defeat to Rovers back in March when Martin O’Neill was still in charge at the City Ground.
Tony Mowbray’s team all but ended the Reds’ play-off aspirations by leaving Trentside with maximum points.

Under Lamouchi, however, Forest are a different animal. A win at Ewood Park would be their fourth of the campaign on the road and confidence is currently sky-high at the football club.
