He has 2 more years to run on his current contract and no doubt we’ll be offering him a new one soon.

Improved
There’s no doubt that the 22-year-old has been much-improved at the City Ground this season. His season-long loan spell in the Scottish Premier League with Rangers has improved him considerably as a player.

With the Reds performing so well in the Championship, there’s always going to be interest in players from the squad from teams in the top flight. Worrall has certainly been one of the standout performers and his age makes him even more appealing to Premier League sides.
The 22-year-old has already made 13 appearances in all competitions this season for the Reds, with 11 of these coming in the Championship. He has been ever-present under the management of Sabri Lamouchi.
In this case, the Reds will be confident of keeping hold of one of their star assets. As a boyhood fan, Worrall is unlikely to jump ship and miss the chance of gaining promotion with Forest.

Moreover, with another two years left on his contract, the Magpies certainly wouldn’t be able to sign the defender on the cheap.
