Two players who are worshipped by Nottingham Forest supporters have condemned the horrendous racist chanting that England players were subjected to in last night’s Euro 2020 qualifier against Bulgaria.
The Three Lions won the contest 6-0 but that paled into insignificance on the back of vile chants directed towards Raheem Sterling, Marcus Rashford and Tyrone Mings.
Andy Reid and Joe Lolley have both taken to Twitter to slam the despicable behaviour of last night’s home crowd.

Both Reid and Lolley are adored by Forest supporters and both have mesmerised the City Ground faithful with their left-footed antics over the years.
Sad
The former Huddersfield Town performer is not too dissimilar to Reid in that he possesses raw matchwinning quality and is capable of picking the top corner of the net out from seemingly anywhere on the pitch.
Reid was first to tweet in the aftermath of the disgusting state of affairs, calling the abuse ‘shocking’:
Lolley, 26, chose to retweet a video from ITV Football with Bulgaria’s head coach Krasimir Balakov basically throwing the ‘unacceptable’ tag in England’s direction.
The flying Forest trickster doesn’t think there is any hope with a manager in such denial:
Last night was a sad night for world football. It was a moment that saw football fans, particularly in England, unite in an attempt to force UEFA to take action on such a saddening state of affairs.
Lolley and Reid are already heroes in the eyes of Forest supporters and the fact they are keen to slam this kind of behaviour will only enhance their reputations at the City Ground.

Reid played 29 times for the Republic of Ireland during his career. In two spells with Forest, he made 290 appearances.
Lolley is the modern-day Reid and last season he netted 12 goals and registered 12 assists. Forest finished ninth in the Championship and Lolley is one of the club’s most important performers right now.
