Nottingham Forest boss Sabri Lamouchi will surely be mulling over some changes to his team after seeing his team’s 10-match unbeaten run evaporate at Wigan on Sunday.

Jamal Lowe’s goal in the first half condemned Forest to defeat for the first time since the opening match of the campaign.

With changes likely to take place for the visit of Hull City, we at Seat Pitch tasked Forest supporters with voting for who they would like to see play in the number 10 role behind the striker.

Tiago Silva, Sammy Ameobi, Joao Carvalho and Joe Lolley were the options and one man prevailed from the polled number of votes.

With a staggering 74% of the vote, you want the club’s record signing Carvalho to get the nod to play in his more natural role behind Lewis Grabban, who should also return to the team.

In second place was Silva with 19%, Lolley with 4% and then Ameobi with just 3%:

The 22-year-old is still getting his fitness levels up to scratch after missing out on pre-season following a whack on the ankle against Alfreton Town.

He has started just four games since his return and in hindsight, the only way he will get his fitness up to scratch will be for Lamouchi to hand him an extended run of games.

During the last two home games, Carvalho has been utilised out of position on the left-wing. Supporters clearly aren’t overly keen on that idea and hundreds have voted in our Twitter poll demanding he is restored to his natural number 10 role.
