The Reds headed into the game having suffered back-to-back defeats against Wigan Athletic and Hull City, with both performances being very disappointing.
Sabri Lamouchi will have been looking for a big response, and he certainly got that from his side. Goals from Lewis Grabban and Sammy Ameobi were enough to secure the Reds all three points.

Callum McManaman did make life difficult as he pulled a goal back for the hosts late on. However, the Reds were able to hold their nerve and see the game out to secure the win.

After the final-whistle on Saturday, Forest boss Lamouchi headed over to the Forest fans, and joined in with their chant about him. The 47-year-old is certainly becoming an increasingly popular figure at the City Ground.
The Frenchman has impressed in charge of Forest, and many supporters took to Twitter to react to seeing him join in with their chant about him, with many backing him to get the Reds back to the Premier League.

There’s no doubt that the ‘Sabri Lamouchi, Lamouchi, J’adore’ chant has been popular since the start of the season. It’s easy to see why supporters are so excited to see Lamouchi pick up on it.
