Nottingham Forest have revealed a new image showcasing the proposed redevelopment to the City Ground as previously outlined some months back.

The image which has been published on the club’s Twitter account highlights the amendments which will be made to the Peter Taylor Stand.

Stadium developments have been required for some time and when the work is done the City Ground capacity will increase by around 10,000.

The latest glimpse of what is to expect when the work is complete shows the Peter Taylor Stand looking smart, snappy and vibrant with the main colour the red which Forest have become so famous for over the years.

The work on the stadium is anticipated to commence in early 2020 provided the relevant permission to redevelop be granted by the authorities.

It is thought that £100 million will be invested to transform the City Ground into a world-class stadium. Additional seating will be accompanied by new dressing rooms, a museum, club shop, executive boxes and media suites.
