Nottingham Forest last week unveiled further plans on the redevelopments of the City Ground which will modernise the club’s home.
The £100 million spent on the stadium will give the Reds a state-of-the-art home and boast world-class facilities.
The City Ground will maintain some of its character and the proposed images look impressive.
One man who is impressed with the redevelopment proposal is England cricketer Stuart Broad.

The man who is second on the list of all-time test wicket-takers is a lifelong Forest fan. He has taken to Twitter to express his delight at the plans.
Broad has taken 467 wickets in 132 matches for England; proving an integral part of the squad that drew the recent Ashes series 2-2 with Australia.
Away from the cricket field, he is a close follower of Nottingham Forest. Broad believes the plans for the new stadium would look good in the Premier League!
The stadium work is set to commence during the summer of 2020 and the Peter Taylor Stand will receive the vast majority of the refurbishment.
As well as stand redevelopments the City Ground will see hospitality areas and media suites integrated, whilst a museum will be built at the ground too.

Broad is currently on England’s tour of New Zealand where Joe Root’s men will play two tests.
Celebration
It was a superb summer for English cricket. The one-day team won the World Cup for the very first time before earning a draw from an entertaining Ashes series.

Broad would surely love nothing more than seeing Forest win promotion to the Premier League in the near future and indeed the new City Ground wouldn’t look out of place among the country’s elite.
The backing that Forest are receiving from Evangelos Marinakis is remarkable in comparison to the old hierarchy.
Nottingham Forest is a club firmly on the rise and the stadium redevelopments can only enhance the club’s chances of progressing.
