Nottingham Forest boss Sabri Lamouchi has made one change to his line-up to face Queens Park Rangers this evening.
Albert Adomah is the man chosen to replace the suspended Ryan Yates, with the youngster beginning his three-match ban.

It is a surprising choice sprung by Lamouchi but certainly looks like a positive step.
Adomah will almost certainly go onto the right-wing with Joe Lolley set to occupy the number 10 role.

Experienced Championship performer Adomah will relish the chance to stake his claim for a regular place in the team.
He hasn’t started for the Reds since a 1-0 win over Swansea in September and must be chomping at the bit.
Adomah has bags of experience. He boasts 387 Championship appearances and has won promotion from the second tier on two occasions.
Every game is a big one for the Reds but perhaps tonight is even bigger for the 31-year-old.
If he impresses tonight he could work his way into Lamouchi’s more frequent plans. With Yates missing for the next three matches, he will hope to now at least play in those fixtures.
Consistency
Forest will be looking to get back to winning ways against QPR. Saturday’s 0-0 draw extended their unbeaten run to three matches, but three points could send the Reds third tonight.
Four wins have already been claimed on the road and Mark Warburton’s team haven’t won for five Championship fixtures.

Nothing can be taken for granted, however, and Forest will need to show their quality again tonight.
Adomah has looked pretty lively when he has been chosen to start this season. Despite irregular time on the pitch, he has managed three goals and two assists for the Reds.
If Forest can get him on the ball and let him be his dazzling best, QPR wing-back could be in for a torrid night.
