Wolverhampton Wanderers will reportedly make Sabri Lamouchi their ‘top target’ should Nuno Espírito Santo leave to join Arsenal.
Nottingham Forest fans have taken to social media to give their reaction to speculation that their manager Lamouchi is on the radar of Wolves.
According to The Sun on Sunday (1/12, Page 67), Wolverhampton Wanderers are interested in Lamouchi. They plan to make him their ‘top target’ should Nuno leave.
It’s not the first time that Nuno has been linked with a move away from Molineux. He’s done such a good job at Wolves that he’s now being linked with some of the biggest jobs in football.
This speculation has only increased after Arsenal sacked Unai Emery earlier this week. There have been numerous names touted for the job, with Nuno up there as one of the favourites.
Wolves are seemingly preparing themselves for the worst by drawing up some potential replacements. According to The Sun on Sunday, Lamouchi will be top of their list.
Lamouchi has only been in charge at Forest since June, but has already guided them to fourth in the Championship.
The Reds are enjoying a good season under the Frenchman. There’s no doubt that they expect to be competing for promotion to the Premier League this season.
Lamouchi’s men are doing well in the Championship at the moment and have a very good chance of finishing in at least the play-offs.

He’s done well and deserves an extension. Can’t see a prem club going for him though. It will be angent looking for improved terms.
