Frank Lampard’s Chelsea side will host Sabri Lamouchi’s Reds at Stamford Bridge on 5 January.
A number of Nottingham Forest fans have taken to Twitter to share their dismay about the price of tickets for the FA Cup game against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge (Official Site).
Sabri Lamouchi’s Reds will travel to South West London and lock horns with the Blues at Stamford Bridge on Sunday 5 January, a 2.01pm kick-off which isn’t being broadcast on television.
The Reds published details on their official website, confirming that they have received an allocation of 2,986 reserved seats located in the upper and lower tiers of the Shed End.
For adults, away tickets will cost £30 – a price which many of the Trickies faithful on social media weren’t happy to hear:

This will be the third time that the Reds have faced Chelsea away from home in as many years. Before that, there had been a 10-year period in which the two clubs hadn’t faced each-other competitively.
The Reds haven’t been able to get the better of the Blues in the last two meetings. They were first beaten 5-1 in the Carabao Cup in 2017. This was followed by a 2-0 defeat in the third-round of the FA Cup last season.
In fact, the Reds haven’t beaten the Blues since January 1997 when they won 2-0 at the City Ground in the Premier League. Lamouchi’s men will be hoping to cause a cup upset this time round.
