Nottingham Forest were thrashed 4-0 by Sheffield Wednesday on a miserable afternoon at the City Ground.
The Reds were put to the sword during a first-half that saw Jordan Rhodes score a hat-trick and Steven Fletcher add to his tally for the campaign.

Boos rang around the City Ground at full-time and it’s back to the drawing board for boss Sabri Lamouchi.
Following an abysmal afternoon at the office for Forest, we rated the players out of 10:
Brice Samba – 5
Was powerless with the goals as his defence self-destructed in front of him.
Matty Cash – 4
His worst game at right-back, Cash was badly out of sorts on an afternoon to forget.
Joe Worrall – 3
Was given a serious reality check by the seasoned Steven Fletcher. Couldn’t get near the big man and genuinely looked intimidated by the Wednesday striker.

Michael Dawson – 3
Allowed Jordan Rhodes far too much time and space to put Forest to the sword. An afternoon of rare incompetence from the Reds captain.
Jack Robinson – 3
Awful. The less said about the former QPR man the better. From the very first minute, he just didn’t seem up for the contest.
Ben Watson – 5
Tried his best to play his natural game but cut a frustrated figure in the Forest midfield.
Ryan Yates – 4
Made a brilliant interception with the scores level but simply didn’t do it enough. Needs to start imposing himself on games more often.

Sammy Ameobi – 5
Was one of Forest’s better performers on an otherwise frustrating afternoon. Tried to get things going for the Reds.
Tiago Silva – 4
Not his afternoon. Looked lost at times and was perhaps trying too hard in the end.
Joao Carvalho – 5
Was switched to his more natural number 10 role at 2-0 and within five minutes had stung Cameron Dawson’s palm and created a chance for Ben Watson. If he isn’t going to play in his favoured role, Sabri Lamouchi might as well not pick him at all.

Lewis Grabban – 5
Ran his socks off once again but failed to get any sort of service to his feet in the penalty area.
