Arsenal remain keen on signing Nottingham Forest defender Joe Worrall during the January transfer window, according to Team Talk.
The central defender has been magnificent during the current campaign, playing in all of Forest’s 25 Championship games.
Worrall is also attracting interest from Sheffield United but Arsenal have been actively scouting the 22-year-old.

Nottinghamshire Live reported Arsenal’s interest back in October when Unai Emery was in charge of the club.
It was unsure whether the appointment of Mikel Arteta would cool the interest but the reports suggest otherwise.
Back in 2018, the Reds rejected a bid of £10 million from Burnley for the academy graduate (Sun).
Since then he has spent a season on loan at Rangers with success and has established himself as a first-team regular at the City Ground.

Team Talk claims Arsenal scouts were in attendance to monitor Worrall against Chelsea yesterday. They will have encountered a wasted visit, however, with Worrall rested ahead of next Saturday’s league game at Reading.
Boss Sabri Lamouchi will want to keep his squad together and selling Worrall surely won’t be entertained this month.
Nottingham Forest News View – Worrall is integral and Forest captaincy is close
The youngster is Forest through and through. Cut Worrall open and he bleeds the red of Nottingham Forest.
Interest in players will only be natural during this window. The Reds are flying high so sadly that’s the nature of the beast.
Worrall will dream of captaining Forest one day and that realisation could be just around the corner.

Michael Dawson is 36 and out of contract in the summer, whilst Ben Watson at 34 won’t be around forever either.
The next in line is likely to be the centre-back and that really would be a dream come true.
Playing for a club the size of Arsenal might one day be a possibility for Worrall but right now is future is at Forest.
The Reds must move heaven and earth to ensure the academy graduate is still a Forest player come the beginning of February.
