Nottingham Forest are busy preparing for a potentially season-defining game with Leeds United at the weekend.

The Whites are currently four points ahead of Sabri Lamouchi’s team and if the Reds are serious about automatic promotion a win looks necessary.

Back in August, the two teams drew 1-1 at Elland Road with Lewis Grabban earning a point for Forest with a late goal.

Both sides will head into the fixture on the back of defeats. Forest lost their first game in eight at Birmingham, whilst Leeds were shocked by Wigan on home soil losing by a goal to nil.

Forest have been better at home of late and will hope to put on a show for a sell-out crowd on Saturday.

Some positive news might have emerged for the Reds today.

The club’s official media team shared a photo of the team preparing for Saturday and Samba Sow was the focus of attention.

The big Malian was missing at Birmingham but it looks as though as his absence might have been as a precaution, rather than anything sinister.

The man who cost Β£640,000 (Nottinghamshire Live) has been a revelation this season.

He is a massive player in Lamouchi’s team and if he is fit for Saturday it would be a big bonus for Forest.

Here is a selection of tweets from the Forest faithful regarding the image of Sow in training.
