Nottingham Forest were thrashed 3-0 at the City Ground by a rampant Millwall on Friday night. A first-half hat-trick by Matt Smith ensured misery for the Reds who appear to be picking up some indifferent home results at just the wrong time.
Since beating Leeds at home in February, the Reds have played three games at home and failed to score a single goal.
Forest had no answer to a dominant first 45 from the Lions with Gary Rowett tactically outclassing Reds boss Sabri Lamouchi.

Results yesterday didn’t go too badly for Forest and the gap down to seventh is still five points.
RONALDO NEEDS TO STOP WHINING.
With a trip to Sheffield Wednesday next weekend followed by two home games, there is plenty of time for Forest to move on and recover from the setback.
Clinging onto one positive from Friday’s disaster of a performance, John Bostock did make another bright cameo performance.
He was introduced at half-time in place of Alfa Semedo and certainly helped Forest stop the rot.
Before Monday’s 12-minute outing at Middlesbrough, the 28-year-old hadn’t played since November.

In his two latest performances, he has shown enough to suggest that he deserves a bit more game time between now and the end of the season.
Following the game, Bostock fronted the press and he also took to Twitter to thank the City Ground faithful for their support.
Here is a selection of tweets in response to Bostock’s tweet.
Hope to see more of you, much more improved at least when you came on last night. #NFFC
