Nottingham Forest will kick off their 2020/21 campaign with an away trip to face former boss Mark Warburton and his QPR outfit.

The Reds kick off their home campaign with a tasty looking visit from Cardiff City, managed by former Forest player Neil Harris.

After that, the Reds will make the trip to Huddersfield before facing Bristol City at the City Ground afterwards.

A trip to Blackburn is next on the agenda for Sabri Lamouchi’s team, before last year’s League One runners-up Rotherham United arrive on Trentside.

Forest’s first six fixtures throw up some interesting games and the club’s seventh fixture sees the Reds lock horns with old foes Derby County.

The Rams will visit the City Ground looking to arrest a run of over 1000 days since they last beat Forest in any fixture when they travel along the A52 on October 24th.

Boxing Day sees the Reds also at home, with Aitor Karanka bringing his Birmingham City side to the City Ground.

The Reds will bring down the curtain on their away campaign with a trip to Hillsborough to face Sheffield Wednesday on May 1st.

Forest’s final fixture is against Preston North End, with the Reds at home on the final day for the third straight season.

Following the new fixtures being announced, we looked at what Forest fans were saying on Twitter regarding the next nine months of action.
