Last season, the tricky performer earned the chance to shine under Sabri Lamouchi; featuring 10 times throughout the course of the campaign.
The 18-year-old started in the FA Cup defeat at Chelsea and in truth, he didn’t look out of place despite a 2-0 reverse for the Reds.
Following yesterday’s announcement, Brazil took time out to rave about the starlet during a heartfelt Twitter post in response to something which Mighten had posted himself.
Lamouchi showcased that he isn’t afraid to throw the younger talents into his squads during last season.
Mighten and Brennan Johnson were utilised, whilst Matty Cash and Joe Worrall were first-team regulars under the French boss.
On occasions, Mighten looked relatively raw but there was enough evidence during his performances to suggest he could be a top player.
He has pace to die for, can beat an opponent with relative ease and looks as though he could provide an injection of creativity.

Forest have added Jack Colback, Tyler Blackett and Lyle Taylor to their ranks this summer but the club’s younger players are still likely to make up matchday squads next season.
Mighten is the latest talented youngster off the conveyor belt at the Nigel Doughty Academy and supporters will hope to see more of the West Bridgford-born starlet next season.
