Nottingham Forest fought back with 10-men against Luton Town to claim a third successive 1-1 draw.

The Reds fell behind thanks to a Glen Rea but had the Hatters midfielder to thanks for an own goal in the 64th minute.

Forest had Nicholas Ioannou dismissed just before half-time for an ugly lunge on Martin Cranie.

Hughton’s men showed resilience in the second half to come back and draw for the third game in succession.

One man who was part of everything good that Forest did was on-loan winger Anthony Knockaert.

He spent time on the left, right and through the centre and his probing efforts caused Luton problems throughout.

Knockaert will stay on loan with Forest until January but will have an option to extend his current deal.

After just a game and a half in the Garibaldi, surely Hughton will want to try and keep the man who clearly loves playing under the manager.

Forest fans are certainly buzzing already with their new recruit and have been raving about the 28-year-old on Twitter.

The trickster is a proven Championship performer and could prove integral to Forest’s fortunes.

Here is what supporters were saying about Knockaert.
