Nottingham Forest defeated Wycombe Wanderers 2-0 at the City Ground thanks to a brace from in-form striker Lyle Taylor.
The Reds took the lead on 28 minutes when a delightful cross from Cyrus Christie was headed high into the net by the ex-Charlton man.
His his first goal showed finesse his second was all about power.
After winning the ball just inside his own half, he powered forwards and with the Chairboys defenders backing off, fired an unstoppable effort beyond Ryan Allsop.
Forest could and probably should have scored more goals.

Harry Arter forced a good save from the stopper, whilst Anthony Knockaert missed a good chance in stoppage time.
The result means Forest go into the international break with 12 points from Chris Hughton’s first seven games in charge.
Although there is still plenty to work on, Forest will take plenty of positives from today’s performances.
One of those was certainly the performance of Taylor who took his tally to the four for the campaign.
After today’s game supporters took to Twitter to rave about the 30-year-old and his pair of goals.
Here is a look at what Forest fans are saying about the talisman…

He already won my heart for his passion for his passion for his cancer charity work and his ability to speak so well when interviewed but now I am starting to see him elevate on the pitch and it is so exciting to watch.
Much better Forest. Good win today actually looked like they'd played together before. #@LyleTaylor class

Lyle Taylor has everything you want in a striker. Pace, an aerial threat and composure. Also has the arrogance in a forward that you want. Quality.
