Nottingham Forest midfielder Harry Arter has told the Irish Examiner that Chris Hughton hasn’t changed too much since his arrival at the City Ground.
The former Bournemouth maestro checked in at Forest in the summer when Sabri Lamouchi was still in charge.
Arter is currently with the Republic of Ireland squad as they prepare to face England tomorrow night in a friendly at Wembley.

He was quizzed by the media on his move to Forest and life working under Hughton.
He told the Irish Examiner: “For me personally, I signed for Forest under the last manager so it was a massive change a new manager coming in so quickly. To be honest, he hasn’t changed much.
“He’s quite thorough in his work and the team know where they are defensively. I’ve picked up a few niggles in his time which hasn’t helped.
“From a personal point of view, I’m just looking to get back into the team and get my chance really.”
The Verdict – Arter accepts challenge which lies ahead
With Forest winning two games on the spin without the 30-year-old in the team, Arter is all too aware of the challenge he has for a place.
The man who won promotion with Fulham last season should become a useful asset in the long run but he might need to wait patiently.
Arter has been restricted to just three starts since arriving at Forest, making six appearances in total.

It’s not the first time Arter has found himself on the sidelines during his career and he’s bound to bounce back.
The man with 17 caps for his country is a solid Championship performer and surely it won’t be too long before he’s back in Forest contention.
