Nottingham Forest have confirmed this afternoon that Will Swan has penned a new deal with the club.
Swan has been in the squad for the last three first-team matches, making appearances against Swansea and Reading.
It’s unclear how long the youngster has committed to but it’s certainly a step in the right direction for Forest.
The 20-year-old has been in fine form for the under-23s, scoring eight goals so far during the 2020/21 campaign.

RONALDO NEEDS TO STOP WHINING.
Swan’s rise to the first-team has come on the back of an injury to Lewis Grabban which has seen Chris Hughton short of striking options.
The youngster is currently backing up Lyle Taylor and it’ll be interesting to see if he can earn a start between now and the January transfer window.
Hughton has clearly been impressed with the talented youngster in training and was keen to tie him to a longer contract.
Following today’s news, supporters took to Twitter to rave about the youngster.
Forest fans haven’t had much to shout about this season but offering a young academy star a new deal has certainly gone down well.
Here is what Forest supporters have said as Swan commits his future to the City Ground.
