Nottingham Forest starlet Brennan Johnson enjoyed an afternoon to remember as Lincoln City thrashed Northampton Town 4-0.
The Reds youngster is on loan with the Imps and yesterday he scored two late goals to go alongside his early assist.
Johnson now has five goals and six assists to his name in Michael Appleton’s team and the future looks very bright.
The 19-year-old already has eight first-team appearances to his name for Forest and a big decision awaits Chris Hughton.
He must decide whether or not to recall Johnson and utilise him at the City Ground during the second half of the season.

It seems certain that supporters would welcome him back on Trentside and being honest, he’d be a nice addition to the Forest team.
The Reds are crying out for some creativity in the middle of the park and Johnson could provide that threat.
His loan at Lincoln is going extremely well and their fans are clearly delighted with him too.
Following his performance in yesterday’s comfortable win for Appleton’s men, Twitter was awash with praise from all angles.
Lincoln fans will hope to keep the player for the whole season, although Forest might have other ideas.
Here is what supporters were saying about Johnson after yesterday’s game.
