Nottingham Forest drew 1-1 with Reading at the City Ground and afterwards, Manchester United fans raved about James Garner.
The player who turned 20 yesterday put another stunning performance in and is growing into his time at the City Ground.
Forest supporters are running out of superlatives for the midfielder. He was once again pivotal in the goal which the Reds scored, proving impressive throughout.
Garner’s long ball to Sammy Ameobi proved the catalyst for Forest’s opener and once again showcased his talent.
The United youngster has been one of Forest’s standout performers since January and it showed once again here.
The Reds would dearly love to add Garner next season, although his future at United seems unclear.
It certainly seems as though some supporters would welcome the academy graduate being part of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s squad.
With United not in action yesterday, some supporters checked into the Forest game and they were mightily pleased with Garner.
