Nottingham Forest’s on-loan gem James Garner has won some praise on social media from Manchester United sensation Mason Greenwood.
The 20-year-old was named Man of the Match as Forest drew 1-1 with Brentford yesterday afternoon.
Garner has now played 12 games for the Reds and this was arguably the pick of the bunch.

He controlled the midfield engine room and his partnership with Cafu is really starting to blossom.
Garner looks set for a really bright future and already supporters are keen to see him return for another loan spell during 2021/22.
Following his heroics yesterday, Greenwood took to Twitter to heap praise on the United gem after some statistics emerged.

Garner would be a sound addition to the Forest ranks once again next season and supporters hope it can happen.
The Reds will need to make some changes to the squad in the summer and one of Chris Hughton’s jobs should be to hold a discussion with Manchester United.
The academy product has showcased maturity during his time at the City Ground and his passing range is superb.

Garner will undoubtedly hope to force his way into the Manchester United team but that might not come next season.
After a strong season out on loan, the Red Devils might feel that the best option is to loan him out once more.
United have done well this season under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and that could make it difficult for Garner to force his way into the Old Trafford reckoning.
If another stint on loan is on the cards, Forest should declare their intentions to secure him once again for 2021/22 and make a big statement.
