Nottingham Forest salvaged an undeserved draw against Birmingham City as Lewis Grabban scored a late penalty kick.

The Reds were largely underwhelming throughout and had their captain to thank for securing a point.

The Reds goalkeeper was mightily impressive during the clash, making several smart stops to deny the home side.

Samba has endured an inconsistent campaign but since the turn of the year he’s largely been impressive.

The 26-year-old signed for Forest from Caen in 2019 costing £1.8 million and has been a decent signing.

Samba has kept 13 clean sheets this season despite a season of relative struggle for the Reds.

That isn’t a bad return and it seems as though most supporters are keen to see him stay at the club next season.

Samba has had some uncertain moments during the 2020/21 campaign but of late he’s looked back to his best.
