Nottingham Forest have made the decision to part company with midfielder Marcus McGuane. He joined Oxford United on a three-year deal earlier today and supporters have been reacting.
The U’s have a massive game at the weekend and if results go their way they could still gatecrash the League One play-offs.
Karl Robinson has wasted zero time in strengthening his squad for next season though by adding McGuane to his ranks.

The former Arsenal and Barcelona maestro failed to make a first-team appearance for Forest.
He checked in during February 2020 and was loaned to the Kassam Stadium prior to the 2020/21 campaign.
McGuane made 20 appearances before being ruled out for the campaign with an injury back in January.
He’s now penned a permanent deal with the League One outfit, however, and will hope to continue starring in their first-team.
Following today’s confirmation, Oxford fans have been reacting and it would seem as though they are desperately impressed.
Here is what supporters of the third tier club are saying on Twitter after McGuane agrees terms.
