QPR v Nottingham Forest: What’s the story?

For Forest, the message is clear; prove that Sunday’s hammering at the hands of Fulham was nothing more than a blip.

The Reds tasted defeat for the first time under Cooper and now we should see what stuff Forest are made of.

In fairness, it probably wasn’t a 4-0 game but nonetheless, Forest will need to reset and come again to prove themselves to their critics.

The Reds have gone well on their travels under Cooper. The last-gasp win over Bristol City during the last away game was the fourth in succession for Forest.

For QPR they will want to cement their place in and around the play-off places this evening.

Mark Warburton’s team are in decent form themselves and they can go fourth with a big one tonight.

In midweek, the R’s were knocked out of the Carabao Cup by League One Sunderland.

It was a game marred by a ridiculous offside decision that went against Warburton’s team.

In the league last weekend, Peterborough defeated QPR 2-1 and Forest will look to ensure more misery tonight.

Broadcast details

Tonight’s game will be shown live on Sky Sports. Head to the Sky Sports Football channel from 7pm for live coverage.

Now TV customers can also buy day passes to watch the game, whilst BBC Radio Nottingham have full match commentary from West London tonight.
