Nottingham Forest want to sign Inter Milan’s wonderkid talisman Martin Satriano.
According to freelance journalist Will Unwin, the striker is among the players being monitored by Forest ahead of January.
It is thought that the Reds wanted the 20-year-old during the summer but Inter chose to keep the player at the San Siro.
Satriano arrived in Italy from Nacional back in January 2020. He’s since made four appearances for the first team.
Forest will be desperately hoping to sign a younger striker during the window.
Given a lack of game time, Inter are willing to let their player out on loan.
A deal until the end of the season would be on the cards should Forest look to do something and he could prove a decent addition.
Forest are in action tonight when they face Huddersfield at the City Ground.
After the game, attention will quickly turn to next year and how quickly Forest can do their business.
Exciting: Forest fans keen to see Satriano added
It’s fair to say that this one has been met with some excitement. Others don’t believe it would ever be possible, although that hasn’t stopped them from asking for him to be added.
The Reds have Lewis Grabban in their ranks and his 10 goals this season have been vital. Lyle Taylor only has three to his name though and some more competition would be welcomed.
- PREDICTION: Forest take on Huddersfield
Satriano is deemed a wonderkid and it wasn’t too long ago he had Arsenal and Tottenham chasing his signature.
For Forest to now bring him to the Championship could be an astonishing coup and the Reds supporters are keen to see a deal done.
