Nottingham Forest may have Keinan Davis coming in from Aston Villa, but are now being linked with another attacker in Leeds United’s Sam Greenwood.
Davis allegedly underwent a Forest medical on Friday, with Villa boss Steven Gerrard admitting the move is ‘imminent’.
Forest may not be done bringing in attacking talent though, as Leeds talent Greenwood is also wanted at the City Ground.
Leeds Live claim that Forest scouted Leeds Under-23’s against Leicester City in December, with Greenwood grabbing an assist.
Steve Cooper would now seemingly fancy bringing in Greenwood too in a surprise move.
Davis would be joining Lewis Grabban and Lyle Taylor, with Greenwood possibly making it four strikers at Cooper’s disposal.
That may mean somebody moves on from Forest, but Greenwood would only be a loan deal until the summer.

Greenwood was in the Sunderland ranks before joining Arsenal, but Leeds pounced to strike a £3million deal in 2020.
19-year-old Greenwood has hit seven goals and four assists in 14 Premier League 2 games this season, with many backing him for a huge future.
A loan spell at Forest could be ideal for Greenwood, but whether both he and Davis come in remains to be seen.
