Brennan Johnson once again stole the show as Nottingham Forest destroyed East Midlands rivals Leicester City on Sunday evening.
Forest fans were dreaming of another huge cup win having beaten Arsenal in January, but nobody could have expected this.
Johnson’s first-half cross was nodded down by Keinan Davis for Philip Zinckernagel to score, before Johnson quickly added a second.
Joe Worrall’s header had Forest in dreamland by burying the third, and Kelechi Iheanacho’s goal back for Leicester was a mere blip.
Djed Spence secured a 4-1 win, exchanging passes with Zinckernagel before firing home with the outside of his right foot.
The final whistle sparked jubilant scenes at the City Ground as Forest dismantled Leicester in brutal fashion.
Everybody in red and white was simply outstanding and will go down in Forest history, but Johnson was the star man.

Premier League clubs are queueing up for Johnson, but Forest stood firm in January to keep him at the City Ground.
On national TV, Johnson again excelled for Forest to show that he can torment Premier League defences for fun.
Former Newcastle striker Alan Shearer offered his take amid claims the Magpies fancy signing Johnson.
Shearer stated that Forest were simply ‘outstanding’ across the pitch, but picked out Johnson as Forest’s man of the match.
Few would disagree with that, and the dream is for Johnson to be playing for Forest in the Premier League next season.
