Nottingham Forest knocked Huddersfield out of the FA Cup earlier this week. The Reds now face Liverpool in the quarter-final and after Monday’s clash, Keinan Davis took to Twitter.

The on-loan star was actually dropped to the bench in the FA Cup. He played 90 minutes for the first time in over two years on Friday and Steve Cooper felt best to give him a rest.

Davis has been really good since arriving at Forest. He has shown some unbelievable hold-up play and he helped Forest preserve their one-goal lead when he came on the other night.

My Europa League Predictions.

The 23-year-old had fallen down the pecking order at Villa Park. As a result, he was allowed to join Forest on loan until the end of the campaign.

Some supporters met his arrival with disapproval. His less than impressive goalscoring record didn’t stand out and some fans weren’t convinced.

They have soon been silenced though. Davis brings other qualities to the table and plenty of supporters hope he can now be signed on a permanent basis.

What has Davis said on Twitter after Forest win?

The youngster will hope to be back in the starting line-up on Saturday when Reading visit Trentside.

After the other night’s win, Davis took to Twitter, to sum up, the team’s progression in the FA Cup using just a single word.

The powerhouse striker is clearly loving life at Forest. Yesterday, some reports actually claimed a permanent deal might be in the offing.

If that is a possibility, then it’s something that Forest should move heaven and earth to do.
