Nottingham Forest v Liverpool: What’s the story?
The Reds will go in search of another FA Cup scalp this evening. Cooper’s team beat Huddersfield in the last round but previously they’d sent Arsenal and Leicester packing.
Forest are enjoying a pretty decent season. The Reds are in a nice position to challenge for a play-off place and a win today would see them reach a Wembley semi-final.

Cooper has done some great work with his squad already. The team are well prepared going into every single game and ultimately, the team look organised for the first time in years.
Liverpool, like Forest, have tasted defeat in just one game during 2022. That will obviously change today as one side will be left disappointed with the outcome of the game.
Jurgen Klopp’s team are a well-oiled unit and today’s task is formidable for Forest. It does remain to be seen what sort of team the German will select; although it looks set to be strong.
Forest have absolutely nothing to lose today and win, lose, or draw they’ve made their supporters proud so far this season.
