Fotomac has claimed that Besiktas are close to signing Nottingham Forest linked Jed Wallace on a pre-contract agreement.
The Reds were linked with a move for the winger during the January transfer window; although nothing came to fruition with Millwall keen to keep him.
Gary Rowett’s team are in contention for a play-off place and their decision to keep hold of him does look justified.
He won’t be sticking around with the London-based club, however, and will walk away for nothing in the summer.

Besiktas are pressing ahead with the transfer, according to the latest report, with ex-West Brom manager Valerian Ismael tasked with bringing success to Istanbul.
Wallace has scored six goals and claimed 11 assists during 2021/22 and he will have a host of clubs vying for his signature.
Besiktas are seventh in the league at the moment and the summer is likely to see a huge rebuild take place at the club.
Wallace is in Ismael’s sights, with the former Barnsley boss keen to swoop for the Championship freebie.
Forest made Wallace their primary target in January. Millwall, however, wouldn’t budge on their £9 million valuation and the Reds shopped elsewhere.
Wallace signing for Besiktas would be a blow for Forest
The Reds don’t yet know which division they will be playing in next season. Despite that, Wallace would be a shrewd signing regardless.
A classy winger, Wallace is lethal from dead-ball situations and he’s also equipped to chip in with goals and assists.

The Reds would be wise to try and snap up Wallace as one of their first pieces of summer business.
He’d be useful on a free and not only that but it’d help Forest land one of the very best players from the last five years in the Championship.
Seeing Wallace go to Besiktas would hurt from a Forest perspective.
