Graeme Souness has offered some advice to Nottingham Forest head coach Steve Cooper and made a prediction about the Reds.
The Sky Sports pundit has been quizzed on Forest’s start to the 2022/23 campaign.
Souness isn’t backwards in coming forwards and he believes that Forest could be in for a tough season.
The Reds are back in the Premier League for the first time in 23 years and they will want to stay in the division.

Forest currently sit 19th in the league table after six matches and the challenge is to steer clear of the bottom three as quickly as possible.
Souness believes there will be a real challenge for Cooper over the coming months as he bids to keep Forest afloat.
He told Sky Sports: “The biggest part of his job this year is keeping their heads up. Nearly every weekend last year they won a game.
“It was a happy place to be. When you get promoted, it’s a very different job. It’s all about keeping their chins up because they’ll lose a lot of games this year.”
Souness hasn’t managed for a considerable amount of time and these days he’s one of Sky Sports’ best pundits.
He’s always honest as the day is long and his comments do make a lot of sense.
Forest are on a run of three consecutive defeats already and the Reds will see Fulham this weekend as a winnable game.
The challenge for Cooper is to give his players the belief to go and claim an invaluable three points.
Cooper offered advice by Souness
Cooper will have lots of pundits weighing into Forest and their business on and off the pitch this season.
A staggering 22 new players have seen lots of people offer critique over whether the business done has been sufficient enough.

On the pitch, it’s only natural that pundits will be providing critique, especially with the team’s form not good.
Souness isn’t far wrong and the big challenge for Cooper is to make sure that Forest don’t get too low with the bad results.
A win would change the mood among the fan base and supporters will hope the Reds are celebrating against Fulham this Friday.
