Manchester United are looking for a new goalkeeper and it could open the door for Nottingham Forest over Dean Henderson.
According to Sportime, the Red Devils are keen to add Benfica stopper Odysseas Vlachodimos to their ranks during the summer.
The 28-year-old is also wanted by Leicester given that Danny Ward has flattered to deceive during the 2022/23 campaign.
United will naturally hold the aces, however, and it could mean bad news for Henderson who is currently on loan at Forest.
The 25-year-old might have burned his bridges at Old Trafford already.

After signing for Forest he did an interview with Sky Sports that suggested he was unhappy with how last season went.
He cited false promises by United over a possible loan spell last season and it’s fair to say those comments won’t have gone down well.
Henderson has made a decent start to life at Forest.
It’s been a tough baptism of fire back in the Premier League but the £120,000-a-week stopper has enjoyed some good moments.
He’s saved penalties from Declan Rice and Harry Kane during the campaign and boasts some strong attributes.
Henderson takes the ball from the sky well and he possesses very strong shot-stopping skills.
The Reds didn’t include an option to buy the stopper on a permanent basis; largely due to United not being willing to sanction one.

David de Gea could be handed a one-year extension to his contract, as per the clause that United hold in his deal.
If they do that and add Vlachodimos, it could be bad news for Henderson.
At Forest, he will get a full season of regular football and he should play 36 games as a minimum during 2022/23.
In order to sign Henderson permanently, Forest will have to stay up first.

If they do that, he’d surely welcome the chance to stay at the City Ground on a more permanent deal.
Only time will tell whether or not the concept of signing him at the end of his loan becomes a reality.
However, if United land their number one goalkeeping target, Forest could be handed a window of opportunity.
