Sky Sports pundit Jamie O’Hara has claimed that Nottingham Forest dropped the ball with their Tweet ahead of Saturday’s game with Wolves.
The Reds upset their fan base by basically enticing Wolves into getting bang up for the game with a disrespectful post.
Forest Tweeted a picture of Emmanuel Dennis with three Wolf cubs and the caption ‘it’s playtime’.
Naturally, after Wolves had beaten the Reds 1-0 they reacted with their own dig at Forest and who could fault them?
Forest are now without a win since their second game of the season when they defeated West Ham 1-0.
Now, O’Hara used his platform on Sky Sports News to slam the club’s decision to post something so stupid.
He said live on air: “I think that’s shocking from Forest. Look, Wolves doing it back to them is fair enough.
“To Tweet that out before a game is really poor. You’re bottom of the league, not playing well and just promoted to the Premier League.
“Why do official accounts need to do all this banter stuff? All they’re doing is looking for a reaction and they don’t need to be doing that.
“You’re representing the club globally.”

Had Forest started well this season, this Tweet would still have been in poor taste.
It’s not professional and sends out a message that the Reds think they’re better than they actually are.
Forest are the whipping boys right now and they should stop doing things to antagonise other clubs.
The Reds were trying to make a passionate plea to the supporters to get them fired up ahead of the game.
Instead, all they did was poke fun at an opponent and get them ready for the game without their interim boss needing to do much at all.
Forest have some seriously big lessons to learn on the pitch.
By the looks of it, some harsh words will need to be had with some people behind the scenes too.
