Nottingham Forest midfielder Braian Ojeda has seen his season with Real Salt Lake City end with disappointment.
The MLS outfit took the player on loan in the summer and he’s made seven appearances for them.
Ojeda was keen to play some games and even that didn’t quite go according to plan.
He’s made just seven appearances for the club, starting four matches as Salt Lake reached the play-offs.

Their season is now over, however, following a penalty shootout defeat to Austin.
Ojeda stepped up to take a penalty and missed as his team were cruelly denied a place in the next stages.
Now, the youngster will face an anxious wait to see what comes next in his club career.
It’s unclear when Ojeda will next play a game of club football.
He will now enjoy a break with the MLS finished and he will likely return to the City Ground.
Having not been named in the 25-man squad, however, he won’t be available for selection any time soon.
Ojeda was an intriguing signing in the summer of 2021.
He was added by Dane Murphy who was keen to take the player from Olimpia in his homeland.
He’s taken some time to get up to speed in England though and has made just three appearances for Forest.
Ojeda season ends in disappointment but he must park it
Ultimately, the young South American was big enough to put his hand up and take a penalty.
Anyone is capable of missing a spot-kick and unfortunately, on this occasion, it was the Forest man.
Ojeda does look set for a really bright future though.

Forest tied him to a long-term contract and the challenge for him in the future is to make the grade on Trentside.
Ojeda must quickly park this latest situation and he could become better for the experience.
Now, it will be interesting to see what the future holds for Ojeda after this disappointment.
