Simon Jordan has told TalkSPORT that he believes Nottingham Forest beating Liverpool is merely a moment in the sun for the Reds.
He made the claim live on air during yesterday’s Jim White Show.
Jordan isn’t backwards in coming forwards and when quizzed about Forest he urged the fans to temper their excitement.
Forest stunned the team that lost in the Champions League Final just months ago on Saturday.
Taiwo Awoniyi scored the only goal of the game and the scenes at full-time were something to saviour for the Forest faithful.
Jordan wasn’t overly impressed though and has told Forest fans they can still expect a tough season in the Premier League.
He said live on TalkSPORT: “It’s a moment in the sun.
“I still think they’ve got a long and difficult season ahead of them.
“They’ve got Arsenal coming up next week and they will get put to the sword there.
“They’ve caught a very dysfunctional, it seems, Liverpool side.
“Steve Cooper goes forward and rightly so. I still think they’ve got a tough season ahead of them.”
Forest head to Arsenal full of confidence, although the Gunners are currently top of the pile.
That shouldn’t faze the Reds though and if they show the work rate they did against Liverpool, they could take something from the game.

There’s an element here that Jordan needs to get into the real world!
As if Forest are going to remain calm and not celebrate such an amazing win for the football club.
The season so far has been particularly turbulent and it was impossible not to enjoy the latest win and the first one since August.
That said, no Forest fan is getting carried away. It’s merely one win and more good performances and victories are provided.
Those of a Garibaldi persuasion don’t need Jordan to tell them how to behave after beating Liverpool.
It’s one win and the Reds have a week to enjoy it.
Come Sunday afternoon, however, it will be parked and every focus will be placed on another positive showing against Arsenal.
