Tim Sherwood has told TalkSPORT that he thinks Nottingham Forest and Bournemouth are relegated.
The Reds sit bottom of the Premier League with just two games to play before the World Cup.
Forest have won just twice all season and were hammered 5-0 by Arsenal on Sunday.
The Reds scored just two goals in October and finding the net has been a serious problem all season.
Forest have scored just once on their travels all season and something has to change in that sense.
Sherwood was actually discussing whether or not his former team Aston Villa would be relegated.
They recently replaced Steven Gerrard with Unai Emery and his reputation should help them.
The former Villa and Tottenham boss thinks they’re in no danger and also had time to make a dig at Forest.
He told TalkSPORT: “Villa aren’t getting relegated. They’ve got too many good players and there are too many bad teams in the league.
“For me, Forest and Bournemouth are relegated, so there’s just one place up for grabs. It won’t be Aston Villa now that Unai Emery has gone in there.”
Forest have nine points from 13 games and they will naturally need to improve.
The Reds face Brentford and Crystal Palace on home soil before the World Cup break and they really need six points.
Sherwood thinks Forest are already relegated
It’s hardly a bold call for the pundit to think the Reds are going down.
The Reds have barely strung two performances together all season and they’re massively up against it.
Forest will have it all to do during the second half of the season.
First, they face two massive home games that could essentially shape the rest of the season.
Forest must try and find some form in the next week or so as they bid to go into the World Cup off the bottom of the league.
Sherwood is bound to stamp his colours to the mast when it comes to Villa.
He enjoyed a run to the FA Cup Final as manager at Villa Park and naturally he’s still a big fan.
In truth, Villa probably won’t be in danger now they’ve appointed Emery.
Other clubs will be looking over their shoulders though and Forest will still hope to chase a few of them down.
