Jamie O’Hara has ripped into Nottingham Forest after another defeat on the road. The Reds were beaten 3-1 by Tottenham yesterday and the team’s embarrassing away form continues in the Premier League.
Harry Kane scored twice in the first half as Spurs bounced back from their Champions League exit. Son Heung-min scored to put the icing on the cake in the second half, with Joe Worrall scoring a consolation.

Andre Ayew was denied a first Forest goal in stoppage time. Referee Craig Pawson awarded the Reds a penalty in stoppage time but the Ghanaian saw his spot-kick saved by Fraser Forster.
Forest have scored just four goals away from home all season. Steve Cooper’s team have won just six points away from the City Ground during 2022/23 and they are hapless on their travels.
O’Hara thinks Forest have to work hard to solve the away conundrum. He was on TalkSPORT shortly after the defeat for the Reds and he critiqued the team’s performance.
He said: “When they’re away from home they’re an absolute shambles. They need to sort that out quickly.”
Forest have seen the gap between them and the relegation zone evaporate after an alarming run of form. They’re in desperate need of a win or two right now and face Newcastle on Friday night.
O’Hara ripped into Forest live on air
The Reds are sleepwalking back into a relegation battle. After several weeks of looking like they might pull clear, Forest are now embroiled back in the race for survival.
O’Hara is right. The Reds are nothing short of a disgrace away from home. Forest have a weak mentality, show the opposition too much respect and never look like being competitive from the off.

Tottenham were in dire straits before yesterday’s game. They were booed off the pitch against Milan in midweek but the Reds couldn’t take advantage of their situation.
Forest have to be better. If they don’t start picking up points away from home, it’s fair to say the Reds will be heading back down to the Championship.
