Nottingham Forest fans will absolutely love what Dean Henderson and Neco Williams were spotted doing on Monday night.

The Reds beat Southampton live on Sky Sports, with Forest edging a seven-goal thriller in the Premier League.

A brace from Taiwo Awoniyi and goals from Morgan Gibbs-White and Danilo ensured victory for the Reds.

The win moved Forest out of the relegation zone and gives the team a genuine chance of surviving this season.

For Williams and Henderson, they will be forced to watch from the stands for the rest of the season.

Henderson hasn’t played since January when he tore his thigh against Leicester and has now undergone surgery.

For Williams, he was just getting into the swing of things at Forest before breaking his jaw against Brighton.

He’s also had surgery and isn’t expected to play for the Reds again during 2022/23.

The pair were at the game on Monday though and they were spotted roaring their team on.

In the second half, with Forest trying to close the game out the supporters began a rendition of ‘Forest are Magic’.

Williams and Henderson were in prime supporter mode, however, and were both seen joining in.

It was a nice little touch and clearly shows the unity that Steve Cooper has instilled in the whole squad.

Both players will be gutted that they can’t contribute to the team’s fortunes on the pitch.

Williams and Henderson have each offered something this season and they’ll be sorely missed.

This type of thing is something that fans will really appreciate with the pair feeling every emotion just like the supporters.

Both were clapping away and singing as the fan base tried to get Forest over the line.

The Reds will need every ounce of support between now and the end of the season.

Forest have three games left to play and Williams and Henderson will likely remain big cheerleaders within the squad.
