Nottingham Forest promotion hero Jack Colback has finally been hooked up with a new club after leaving the City Ground. The Reds performer was allowed to leave when his contract expired back in June.
Colback has signed for Championship outfit QPR ahead of the 2023/24 campaign getting underway. Boss Gareth Ainsworth has got his man after interest from Birmingham and West Brom.
It’s set to be a season of transition for QPR. They were recently beaten 5-0 by League One outfit Oxford and Ainsworth only just managed to avoid relegation from the Championship last season.
Colback was a revelation at Forest and he should star with his new club. He was a firm fan favourite and he made a seriously big impact when the Reds won promotion to the Premier League.
The man who recently left Forest enjoyed some really good times at the City Ground. He made 134 appearances in total after originally signing for the club on loan in January 2018.
