Nottingham Forest continue to monitor Stuttgart’s 27-year-old striker Serhou Guirassy.
The striker, who already has 10 goals so far this season, was a target for the Reds during the summer window, but Steve Cooper’s side never submitted a bid for the Guinean international.
However, his start to the season in the Bundesliga has got multiple clubs on red alert, with Forest said to be one of them according to German outlet Bild.
Guirassy only joined Stuttgart on a permanent basis this summer after an impressive loan spell last campaign, but his deal sees him have a €20 million release clause – an absolute bargain.

Forest still interested in Guriassy
Last season proved a very successful one for the uncompromising striker. He bagged 14 goals despite a season of struggle for Stuttgart which saw them keep their Bundesliga place through the relegation play-offs.
However, this season he’s been on another level – scoring 10 times in just six Bundesliga outings.
Forest made Chris Wood’s loan deal permanent this summer, with Divock Origi also joining the club on loan during the transfer window.

Despite this, Guirassy would be a brilliant signing who clearly possesses an excellent goalscoring ability as demonstrated so far this season.
Forest won’t be alone in the hunt for the striker, with Tottenham also said to be interested in the 27-year-old.
It would definitely be an ambitious move, but one that Forest should look to complete in January.
