Paul Merson has delivered his weekly prediction on Nottingham Forest as they travel to face David Moyes’ West Ham United on Sunday.
Steve Cooper’s side will be looking to make it back-to-back wins after his side defeated Unai Emery’s men at the City Ground last time out.
As for West Ham, they’re looking for their first Premier League victory since the 30th of September, when they beat Sheffield United 2-0.
Despite Forest’s win last weekend, former Arsenal man Merson admits that he can’t see Forest getting anything from the game at the London Stadium this weekend.
Merson on West Ham v Forest clash
In his column with Sportskeeda, the 55-year-old has made a disrespectful claim that the Irons will cruise to victory on Sunday.
“West Ham United, at the moment, are on a bad run. That’s quite weird given how formidable they were looking a few weeks ago.

“They’ve lost four of their last five matches in all competitions. But I’m going to go with the Hammers here despite their recent slump.
“They haven’t been able to snap out of the habit of losing games of late. But this one against Forest is a good fixture for them to get their campaign back on track.
“I still think the Hammers are playing well enough to win against Steve Cooper’s side.
“With Lucas Paqueta and Edson Alvarez returning to the mix, they should be able to cruise to a comfortable win here.”
Prediction: West Ham United 2-0 Nottingham Forest
Can Forest pick up a second away win?
After beating Chelsea at Stamford Bridge earlier in the season, the Reds equalled their away win tally from last season.
However, the Reds are yet to collect all three points on the road since the Chelsea victory, but Sunday could be a good opportunity for Cooper’s side to end that run.
Moyes’ side haven’t been in the best of form and played in the Europa League tonight, with tired legs expected for Sunday.
Forest will be looking to build on the brilliant win last weekend and hopefully pull further away from the Premier League relegation zone.
