Orel Mangala has delivered a passionate plea to the Nottingham Forest supporters after Saturday’s defeat to Everton.
The 25-year-old was handed another starting berth by Steve Cooper and he didn’t disappoint.
Although the poor performance was pretty drab collectively, Mangala did play well throughout the 90 minutes.
The midfielder was playing alongside Ibrahim Sangare and Ryan Yates but the trio couldn’t help Forest towards a big victory.
Mangala sends message to Forest supporters
The Belgian midfielder has taken to X, formerly Twitter, to send a plea to the club’s supporters.
It came shortly after the defeat to Everton and Mangala has urged everyone to stick together at Forest.
He posted: “Tough time…Let’s keep going together as one!”

At 25, the Reds midfielder is a player who should continue improving over the next couple of years.
He’s proving a quality signing by the club and this season it’s fair to say that he’s started to showcase his quality.
Forest need wins quickly
The Reds simply have to get firing quickly otherwise they will be in another relegation battle.
After making a pretty decent start to the season, Forest’s results have gone south very quickly.
Despite the brilliance of Mangala, Forest have managed just one win from their last 10 games.
With Fulham and Wolves now to come away from home, the Reds know they need to start winning and quickly.
Mangala will keep his place in the team and given his current form he looks pretty undroppable.
However, the time has come for actions over words after Mangala’s latest plea to Forest supporters.
